Resulting from a co-creation process with traditional musicians and dancers, it is based on local heritage and traditions in dialogue with contemporary dance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This work stems from an investigation of traditional dances and their histories, placing them in dialogue with contemporary dance through a process of improvisation and composition. Created by Filipa Francisco, with musical direction by Ricardo Freitas, <em>A Festa<\/em> It features musicians and dancers from the Santa Cruz de Riba T\u00e2mega Singing and Dancing Group and
